RcmdrPlugin for Multiple Factor Analysis
The main window is as follows:

The user can choose the categorical and continuous groups he wants.
To construct a group, the user has to select the variables of the group, precise wether they are to be scaled or not and choose to consider the group as active or supplementary.

A few graphical options are available like which graphs to plot and their title or which partial individuals to draw:

The user can also select supplementary individuals and choose the outputs to be displayed.
The final window is as follows:

Active groups appear on the left and supplementary ones on the right.
Other main options are supplied to choose the name of the results, the number of dimensions to be kept and the dimensions to be plotted.
