You will find here some materials on Exploratory Multivariate Data Analysis.

A complete course on Exploratory Multivariate Data Analysis

You can find in this complete course, the videos that are given in the MOOC named Exploratory Multivariate Data Analysis. This MOOC is free and you can attend the MOOC that will start every year in February (see the presentation of the 1st session in 2017).

This course is organized as follows. For each of the five following methods (Principal Component Analysis, Correspondence Analysis, Multiple Correspondence Analysis, Clustering and Multiple Factor Analysis), you will find 3 to 5 videos to explain the methods, a tutorial on how to implement the method with FactoMineR, and a tutorial on how to handle missing values.

Books

You will find the books we have written. They present the main methods with lots of examples: Principal component analysis, correspondence analysis, multiple correspondence analysis and clustering.

The FactoMineR's tutorials

You can recover here all the FactoMineR's tutorials. Most of the videos are the same videos as those used in the complete course.

The missMDA's tutorials

You can recover here all the missMDA's tutorials. Most of the videos are the same videos as those used in the complete course.
